Hi, I earlier read a post about when the show was due to air etc.
But what I was wondering was: How did the guys actually get into the show?
I know there was a couple of the crew on there who are very good players but I read somewhere that people had to send in audition tapes of themselves.
Was the selection process on playing ability or personality or a bit of both?
I'd be happy if someone would fill me in on the details if they know.
